Our Team
At Shore Labs, we are honored to hold accreditation from the Joint Commission. We maintain rigorous procedures to ensure all operations fully comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
Our executive team includes several members with legal expertise, reinforcing our strong commitment to compliance. We do not offer any direct or indirect payments to doctors, nor do we incentivize them to submit specimens or order tests. All testing is strictly based on the patient’s medical history or the physician’s declaration of medical necessity, ensuring no financial influence on provider decisions.
Our Facilities
To support ongoing compliance in this highly regulated industry, Shore Labs has established a comprehensive Corporate Compliance Program. We partnered with a trusted compliance firm, to help us align with the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) “7 elements” of an effective compliance program.
Recognizing that a generic “off-the-shelf” program wouldn’t meet our standards, this collaboration enabled us to conduct a thorough risk assessment during the development of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Manual.
